RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 7 days of receiving the item(s).  

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with unscratched soles, and returned in their original packaging. This includes all tags, tissue paper, the original box, and any accompanying items such as accessories, authenticity cards, and dust bags.

You are eligible for an exchange or refund on regular-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) made after 7 days will not be accepted. Please note that neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration. In such cases, you may choose to have the item(s) returned to you at your expense.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO

Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days after your return is received.

To ensure the safe return of your items, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are not received at our PO Box address. In the event of a lost parcel, you will need to provide both proof of delivery to our PO Box and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. Without this documentation, we cannot assume responsibility for the loss.
